Overnight Summer Camp Staff

Camp Scugog primarily hires from within our camper populations, particularly the Leadership Program. This intentional approach ensures our staff reflects the diversity of our campers, underscoring the importance of representation. Through investments in training, qualifications, and year-round support, we empower our staff to grow personally and professionally, offering them first access to employment opportunities across our various programs. This holistic approach aims to break the cycle of poverty while fostering a deeply connected and passionate team dedicated to advancing our mission.
